It is almost summer and what is even better? A summer with lots of nice food and gigs on the rooftops. The much-loved hamburger brand — Beef & Liberty has brought back their super popular demanded Big Green Egg Rooftop BBQ from 4th March (every weekend) from noon – 3pm.
This time they’re bringing it back with an improved menu by Group Head Chef Marcus Chant and his right-hand man of Beef & Liberty’s Group Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky. With MORE CHOICES of FREE-FLOW delicious food (all-you-can-eat), including building your OWN BURGERS, piri piri chicken, pork spare ribs etc. with a choice of FREE-FLOW DRINKS: beer, wine, and a very impressive make-your-own Bloody Mary station so rally the crew and get ready for a BBQ like you’ve never experienced!

This is the new hamburger – THE LITTLE PECKER BURGER! (HK$98)
But trust me, it is REALLY NOT that little. This is the B&L’s new fiery and aromatic chicken sandwich makes up for its shortcomings with flavors so strong and delicious you would probably order more! The chicken leg meat between the signature burger buns, it was first marinated in homemade piri piri sauce, then slow-cooked & hot-grilled, topped with zesty lemon aioli, celeriac tahni salad and mustard.
